Our tools are made only with special Italian steel and carbon, hardened by induction of the parts subject to wear. This specific treatment guarantees tools with a surface hardness of 55-60 HRC, to a depth of up to 3mm.
During the sharpening phase, we check every detail – the condition of the grinding wheel, the speed of the grinding and the determination of the work pieces – for both stand and special tools, in order to monitor the production performance and deliver the highest quality achievements and efficiency.
We offer a wide range of brake accessories: upper and lower adapters, manual and pneumatic clamping systems, tool extensions and tool cabinets. Moreover, our in-house technical office is able to analyze and study customized bending projects in a timely and accurate manner.
